Gig Report: Corcoran Gallery of Art

On Saturday I played for a wedding at the Corcoran Gallery of Art in Washington, DC.

Here are a few photos from the event.
For this event the piano was placed in the center of the dinner tables.

One of the pictures in the gallery. Sorry I didn’t make notes about the details.

Always love a Rembrandt. This is a work unofficially titled, “Man with Hat Holding Scroll.” Apparently, it was the object of an attempted theft in 1959. Read about that here.

The Corcoran’s Grand Staircase.

That looks like George Washington and some landscapes.

Yup. It was a tux gig. Yes, I tie my own bow tie.

Lions guard the entrance.

Piano Jazz

Hi, I'm Caleb! I play jazz piano for concerts, restaurants, private events, cocktail parties. Come out for a listen sometime. I play in Winchester and Leesburg, and the rest of Northern Virginia, but make it into Loudoun County and D.C. often enough.
