WINCHESTER — This Friday, Caleb Nei will again bring jazz to the Bistro at Shenandoah Valley Westminster-Canterbury. Joined by three other jazz stalwarts, their program will feature well-known jazz standards.
The performance begins at 7:30 p.m. Admission is $10 at the door.
Nei is one of the leading jazz keyboard artists in the area. He often plays downtown in the Village Square’s piano bar, one of Winchester’s leading jazz venues. Adrien Re is known to many for his winning tenor sax performances here and across the country. Lydia Lewis’ sophisticated percussion interpretations are widely admired. Kevin Johnson, on bass, is inventive, animated and solid in his contribution. Emma Hadiya will appear as guest vocalist.
