August Jazz Newsletter

I’m grateful for a couple of weeks of vacation—but it’s also good to be back. On August 8th I had my first gig after two weeks of vacation, completely away from the piano. It felt good to be playing again. I’m looking forward to working on new music, writing, practicing, ear training, and resuming teaching in the fall.

In August I have public dates at just two venues: Travinia in Leesburg, & the Washington Hilton. Probably, by the time you read, this the Hilton date will be past. That leaves you with Travinia. Come catch me and Kevin Johnson on some Tuesday or Thursday evening from 5:30-8:30.
