I hope you’re enjoying the gift of some beautiful weather. It’s 72° and partly cloudy in Leesburg as I write this. If you haven’t checked out Dolce & Ciabatta yet, you’re missing out. So far I can recommend the ham and swiss croissant, and the bear claw. See my Instagram for more options.

My schedule continues to get wilder. This month has the usual distinction of having seven different private gigs—all at different places. The seven places are: Thompson Washington DC, Lightfoot Restaurant, Travinia Italian Kitchen, Thompson Washington DC, InterContinental Washington DC — The Wharf, The St. Regis Washington, DC, and Lansdowne Resort.

As usual, Travinia Italian Kitchen in Leesburg will continue to host live jazz on Tuesday at Thursday evenings. But, except for June 18, I won’t be there one playing. Check the Loudoun Jazz Society calendar to see who is.

And for this month’s Wordless Flight performance: I’ll be in the lobby at Cordial Coffee from 10—noon on June 8. Come hang out for an open rehearsal of my new material.
