We did it! For those of you who have been following our Peony Place adventure, I can announce that we’ve got the initial Airbnb listing up. For those that don’t know, my wife Briana and I bought a small property in Clarke County and have been working to refurbish the farm house for use and a short-term rental and as a place for friends and family to stay when they visit. Meanwhile she has been busy launching a flower farm offering u-pick events and bouquet subscriptions. Check out the Airbnb listing here. The unusual gig of the month: we’re providing music for an airplane’s birthday party. If you’re into WWII airplanes named things like “Doris Mae” and tunes from the 1940’s then you don’t want to miss out on this shindig.

I’m at Williams Gap Vineyard in Round Hill for the first time on August 9th. Looking forward to hanging out with the fine people there for an afternoon. That same evening I’ll be in the lobby at Lansdowne Resort for some hotel piano ambience. So if you like that kind of thing…
